Tight tissue isn't random.
Something is asking it to work that hard.

Is this for you?

This is for you if…

  • You train hard and want to keep training while you sort it out.
  • You sit at a desk all day and your neck, shoulders and lower back know it.
  • You want proper deep tissue work, not a spa hour.
  • You want to understand why it keeps happening.

It's not for you if…

  • You want a relaxation massage with candles and whale sounds.
  • You want a quick fix with nothing to do afterwards.
  • You need a medical diagnosis. That is a physio appointment, and we will tell you.

Good to know

Your questions

What happens in a session?

A short chat about your training, your work and what hurts, a look at how you move, then hands-on treatment. You finish with two or three things to do at home.

Does it hurt?

Deep tissue work can be strong, but it should never be something you have to brace through. Pressure is set with you and changed whenever you ask.

45 or 75 minutes?

45 minutes if it is one area, like a neck and shoulders or a pair of tight legs. 75 minutes for full body, several areas, or a first visit after a long time without one.

Can I train afterwards?

Usually yes. Oscar will tell you what to keep, what to dial back, and for how long, based on what the session found.

Do I need to be an athlete?

No. Plenty of clients are desk workers whose neck and back take the load instead. Sports massage describes the approach, not who it is for.

Where are you?

GymNation, 26 Druid Street, London SE1 2EY, a few minutes from London Bridge station, in a proper training space rather than a treatment cubicle.

What should I wear?

Bring or wear kit you can move in. Shorts and a t-shirt are ideal, and towels are provided.

Ready when you are
