Sports massage with Oscar at London Bridge. Hands-on treatment that finds what is actually tight, releases it, and gives you something to do about it. Book a 45 or 75 minute session and stop working around it.
Sound familiar?

My shoulders have been up by my ears since Monday.
I foam roll every night and it's back by lunchtime.
My squat and overhead press feel blocked, not weak.
I've had massages that felt nice and changed nothing.

A short chat about your training, your work and what hurts, a look at how you move, then hands-on treatment. You finish with two or three things to do at home.

45 minutes if it is one area, like a neck and shoulders or a pair of tight legs. 75 minutes for full body, several areas, or a first visit after a long time without one.
Usually yes. Oscar will tell you what to keep, what to dial back, and for how long, based on what the session found.
No. Plenty of clients are desk workers whose neck and back take the load instead. Sports massage describes the approach, not who it is for.
GymNation, 26 Druid Street, London SE1 2EY, a few minutes from London Bridge station, in a proper training space rather than a treatment cubicle.
Bring or wear kit you can move in. Shorts and a t-shirt are ideal, and towels are provided.
